The Office of the Ombudsman's bureaus, which were closed to the public during the war with Iran, have resumed their activity following the declaration of the ceasefire
The Office of the Ombudsman's bureaus in Jerusalem, Tel Aviv and Haifa, as well as the regional bureaus in Beer Sheva, Lod and Nof HaGalil-Nazareth, have resumed their activity upon the end of Operation Rising Lion.

At the same time, the employees of the Office of the Ombudsman at the Office of the State Comptroller are continuing to visit sites in order to assist the residents who have been evacuated from their homes following the missile attacks from Iran.
The Office of the Ombudsman also operates the hotline, a helpline that is available to anyone who requires assistance from the public bodies following the state of emergency.
