The State Comptroller attaches importance to the activity of civilian social organizations for the sake of the citizens of Israel, in particular in this important field
The State Comptroller and Ombudsman Matanyahu Englman, and staff from the Government Ministries and Institutions Division, met yesterday (27.8.24) with the Executive Director the Adam, Teva V'Din organization, Adv. Amit Bracha, and his team, concerning the State Comptroller's reports about the issue of climate and other environmental issues. Bracha presented the Comptroller with the products of Adam, Teva V'Din in various matters and the promotion of environmental legislation. Likewise, he noted how his organization was using the State Comptroller's reports in the matter of climate and other environmental issues.

Comptroller Englman said at the meeting that "As the State Comptroller, I attach great importance to performing fundamental and comprehensive audits in the issues of climate and environmental issues, even during the war. This is for the sake of the next generations. I regard the activity of the civil social organizations as important for the sake of the citizens of Israel, in particular in this important field".
