The employees of the Office of the Ombudsman are ready to receive inquiries about public bodies dealing with the state of emergency.
The hotline for receiving complaints operates Sunday to Thursday 24 hours a day, and on Friday until 13:00. You may leave a message after the hours of operation at the weekend.
Complaints may also be filed via the online form on the website of the Office of the State Comptroller and Ombudsman and via additional channels mentioned on the website.
State Comptroller and Ombudsman of Israel Matanyahu Englman: "We have opened a special emergency hotline to receive complaints from residents of the south who are not getting any response from the government ministries and other public bodies. All the government and local government bodies must act, each in its field, on an emergency footing in order to provide a response for the residents of the south, the families of those murdered, missing and kidnapped, and for all Israeli citizens".
