Inquiries addressed to the Office of the State Comptroller

Inquiries addressed to the office of the State Comptroller regarding the general functioning of audited bodies are referred to the appropriate unit in the Office. A wide range of issues in line with the priorities of the Office’s audit plan are taken into account when examining inquiries. The Office of the State Comptroller does not report directly to persons applying to it regarding how its decisions are made or the results of an audit. Audit findings are presented to the public through the State Comptroller’s reports, which are periodically published, as fixed by law.

Please note:

Complaints about injury to the complainant by the audited body should be made using the Submission of a Complaint to the Ombudsman form.

Such complaints are handled by the Ombudsman and will be resolved according to the law.

Complaints can be submitted to the Ombudsman in a number of ways:

1. Fill in the online form and press ‘send’ to submit it electronically.

2. Send an email message to mevaker@mevaker.gov.il.
