Complaints in writing can be submitted in person, through the mail or via fax to one of the addresses below.
When submitting a complaint, please sign it and provide your name and address. If you would like to submit your complaint orally or consult with someone about an issue, please visit one of the offices listed below during office hours. There is also a complaint form, for your use, which can be submitted through email to: ombudsman@mevaker.gov.il.
